Updated Octopus Pro mount for use with duct

The new duct mount for the linked model is excellent, but unfortunately the Board mount itself doesn't work correctly with the Octopus Pro. Issues I have corrected: 1. Hole measurements for the Pro are 150x90mm. The linked mount is more like 148x90 which causes the mount to bow in the middle. I have relocated the holes and also added heatset insert mounts for a more secure hold. 2. The power clamp model was part of the main board model. I have now separated these out and adjusted the length for the additional posts on the Pro for Motor Power. Also added heatset inserts for these too. 3. The holes for the M3 nuts on the mounting posts were difficult to get to so I have flipped them around so it's easier to get to those.
