UPDATED Makerslide Eccentric Spacer - Parametric

February 2013 Update: The design didn't work well with my 0.5mm nozzle due to a thin wall near the hole, as shown in photos. I plan to try scaling for a larger bolt size and tweaking slic3r settings. This model is not derived from MakerSlide (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8992) as it lacks spacers; instead, it's based on the specifications at http://www.buildlog.net/sm_laser/drawings/b18001_rev_3.pdf. Initially, I questioned the need for a metal version but created one in SCALA, also including a plain spacer. The STL file is zipped for easy download. The Eccentric Spacer design (original by MakerSlide) is for a 0.281"/9/32"/7.1mm hole with M5 bolt, but can be easily modified for other sizes. Use it with an 8mm ID bearing and adjust as needed to fit the rail mount using the hex section of the spacer, ensuring idler wheels are at the same height with the plain spacer.
