UPDATED Magnetic Bearing Paddle Shifters (Sim Racing, Carbon Fiber)

UPDATE 22/07/2021: Files have been updated with feedback from customers to make assembly clearer. STLs are now also included. Happy building :) These are magnetic paddle shifters that I designed. They are inspired by the other designs that are already out there but I tried to take the best elements of each for my own design. I have designed it to be cut out of 3mm carbon fiber, but it is possible to print the parts too (I have tried for prototyping). It includes: - Magnetic shifter design - AMG GT3 paddles design Parts you will need: - 2 x microswitches (I used Omron SS-10, anything of similar dimensions will work) - 4 x 12mm diameter 4mm thickness magnets - 2 x M4 x 35/40mm screws (for pivot) - 2 x M4 nylock nuts - 4 x M3 x 10/12mm screws (for securing paddles) - 4 x M3 nylock/standard nuts - 4 x SMR74ZZ Bearings - 2 x 0.4mm M4 x 6mm outer dia x 0.3/0.4mm thick washers (optional, but helps with tuning) - Epoxy glue I will be happy to help should you need small customization after your purchase (eg. to fit different mounting holes) or have trouble assembling it/finding the parts. The CAD file is attached for ease of assembly/modification.
