Updated left box for XL4015 buck converter

Updated remix of the left side box to accommodate an XL4015 buck converter instead of a smaller one as originally designed. One relay board mount had to be removed in order for this to work, resulting in only space for one relay board, a Pi, and the XL4015. Testing is pending, but the design should still hold up.
