*UPDATED* Improved Ender 3 V2 Replacement Drawer for Raspberry Pi
thingiverse
This is my improved Ender 3 V2 Drawer to house my Raspberry Pi 4 and all the tools and spare parts that I used to store in the original drawer. Original design by bohijo1 here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4604339 I shortened the drawer a bit so that the cable has enough space in the back. That way you can open and close the drawer to get access to your tools. I also changed dimensions here and there to get the best looks. I also included the hole for the original knob to snap in place. **UPDATE v2** I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4B 2GB. The temperatures don't exceed 65~67 °C which is (to my knowledge) not harmful at all. CPU throttling starts to kick in at around 82°C. I still wanted to be able to cool down the SoC. Therefore I redesigned the drawer and added a fanmount that includes a ventilation path in order to suck cool air from the room and directly point it at the SoC. You need a fan of the dimensions 30x30x10mm! I've put some tape over the screws, to NOT create a short while mounting the fanmount. (Pi should be off anyway) Additionally I included a slot for a camera ribbon cable in the back. I'd like to know what you think and I'm always open for improvements!
