UPDATED! Alphonse has been pumping iron in his home gym while under lockdown, and he's feeling a whole lot better. His limbs have gotten rock solid, and he's looking healthier (well, as healthy as a dead guy can get). This is Alphonse. Al isn't exactly feeling well right now.
