I've been tasked with rebuilding DNA models utilizing 3D design software called Lightwave 3D. Primary concerns are phosphates, sugars, and hydrogen bonds that demand solid backing to prevent them from being damaged. However, these components aren't necessary for the primary structure of DNA. A notable correction has been made after receiving input from others regarding an issue with the spiral direction of this DNA model. A mirrored version was added to set things right. Here's a brief guide on how to create this DNA model without any additional support. Due to its very fine and almost translucent design, users may opt to print it as-is for optimal results or stick to keeping existing supports intact if needed.
