This design revolves around this extruder http://www.amazon.com/3D-Printer-Filament-Extruder-Version/dp/B019HMR1H6\nYou can also utilize this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:238638\nI've updated the design to make it more useful for you, and I've attached a file to facilitate assembly.\nIn the design, I employed 40x40x20 fans but will create a fan duct variant for 10mm thick fans as well.\nBy the way, I haven't discovered a method for mounting the fan in an easily removable manner so that disassembling the carriage would be possible to access the nozzle and heat-spreader; consequently, I attached the fan with the fan duct to the bottom of the mount using velcro.\nI've included a Solidworks 2013 file as well, allowing anyone who wants to improve upon the design to freely modify it - just suppress any components that cause errors.\nIf scaling issues arise with the parts, place them in Netfab Basic and scale them to 1% since Solidworks has difficulties importing STL files with their scales, which are then converted from meters to millimeters.
