I thickened the base of the Covid shield to improve printing ease, also widening the band for increased comfort. By tweaking the fill and quality settings, I shaved off precious minutes from the printing time. A second iteration is now available, boasting enhanced clearance around the face for larger masks. This design caters specifically to users who require extra room. To further accommodate bigger faces, I introduced two new variations with even more clearance. A nurse's request prompted this update, ensuring that all individuals can wear the shields comfortably.
