Updated - Council of Ricks Fidget Spinner

Another entry into the Tinkercad design challenge! A revised version of my previous Council of Ricks spinner, with modified caps that have undergone significant improvements. The previous designs had a tendency to wear out and break over time due to the intersecting caps with a post fitting into a sleeve, which I attribute to the limitations of my PLA material. To address this issue, I've introduced solid 8mm diameter posts that friction fit into the bearing centre. This modification has greatly enhanced the durability of the design, allowing me to easily achieve a secure fit using a small table vise.
