I redesigned the original model, which printed incredibly well, but the jaws were coming out a bit too tight compared to my spare "block toy" that's been sitting around. To fix this, I added about 0.5mm of expansion to the jaw and also enlarged the eyes by 2mm so they'd be more noticeable. After making these adjustments, it fit perfectly and stayed in place when opened up to chomp =)\r\n\r\nThe remixed body design worked out fine, so I included it with the new head for completeness.
