Updated Accessory band for the Ruger® 10/22

thingiverse

This is an accessory band for my Ruger® Collector Series 10/22. Updated- 02 Nov 15 Apologies, a legacy file was accidentally uploaded previously. These files should provide a nice tight fit. Please let me know if there any issues. I have modeled it around the picatinny rail style. I couldn't justify spending $30 for a plastic accessory band so I could mount my bipod. So, I just made my own. There are two top versions available, one with rails and one without. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: as dense as possible Notes: My bipod has a strong spring which requires a firm support structure. I recommend you make yours as strong a print as possible. Post-Printing To properly locate the band, remove the front strap mount from the rifle. There is a peg in the lower half of the band that will fit in the hole that is left. Each part has a small bump which identifies the front face of the band. This necessary due to the taper in the front of the rifle. Parts hold nicely with four 1 1/2" #6-32 pan head screws and nuts. This is my first post so hopefully there are not too many issues with the file. :) Hope you enjoy it.
