This is a 8-stacked print which includes a modification to the model, the support tower for the pins, and the slicer settings. Each piece has a height of 12mm, which is enough in my experience, especially with PETG. I've also added my own ladder locks to tie 8mm elastic fabric (thicker fabrics will not fit), which allow for easy adjustment.

I was able to print 16 pieces at 100% speed at 265 degrees in 15 hours. Separating the pieces requires some post processing, but building 16 at a time is worth it. I did not modify the speed settings, they are the Prusa supplied settings for RC3.1.

4/4 UPDATE: I increased the general perimeters to 3, to give it extra strength against random print errors that can happen when printing at these fast speeds. Also, I changed the separation layers are following: Top layer of each piece is now printed with a single perimeter and 5% Hilbert infill (same as the bottom layer of the stacked pieces used to be in the original version). Then there is the 0.3mm empty layer again, followed by the first layer of the stacked pieces which has 0 perimeters and all bridge infill. These two layers are printed with high fan speed, low extrusion speed and width, in order to minimize adhesion. The subsequent two layers of the stacked pieces are then printed with the print fan turned off, in order to increase adhesion to the first layer, this time.

Custom start g-codes and layer change g-codes were also modified for the new height, and as some fixes.

Print instructions

This is for PETG. All print settings are included in the 3mf file. You need 8mm elastic fabric (thicker ones will not fit). Check the photo for a sure way to loop the fabric around the ladder lock. It does not require a hole in the fabric, and is easily adjustable.

The pin positions are for the original Prusa 24x24cm cutout, not for the A4 variants.

Depending on your filament, you may want to modify Bridges Fan Speed setting. This is intentionally high, in order to ensure separability of stacked pieces. If pieces end up getting stuck, increase this setting. If instead, there are too many filaments jumping around curves near the separation layers, then you can try lowering it.

I have also added STL files for single, 2 Stacked, 4 Stacked and 6 Stacked towers. Instead of importing these STLs to the project as new objects, I'd recommend adding them as a part to the current StackedFaceShield object in order to keep the needed Height Range Modifiers.
