I designed these to be lightweight and to clear knuckle weights on my trail class 1.9" rig. I built mine out of PLA, and they have held up well. They won't work with SLW hubs since I widened the bolt pattern, but I'll also upload those hubs. They bolt together using 9 long M3 screws for each wheel. I'm running Crawler Innovations foams in mine, so it should fit any setup. UPDATE: I made a beadlock ring that fits on an SLW hub. UPDATE 2: Initially, I built them out of PLA, and they lasted about 9 months before the plastic started to deform. Now, I'm using PETG, which is even stronger since it's tougher and more flexible. UPDATE 3: I made a few different faces. One is a solid face with a built-in hub for durability, also working on Dlux knuckles. The second face is a scale wheel face with a cover for the nut, designed to work on a 10.2 with stock wheel nuts. However, using different brand nuts may prevent the cover from fitting properly. The outer holes are for some M3x6mm screws for aesthetic purposes. I also have a newer, stronger hub that I built, and they're so strong I haven't broken one yet on my sporty rig while beating it up.
