Booster for integrating an end-stop switch. For Dagoma DiscoEasy 200 with screen option. Principle: The switch detects when there is no filament left. The printer pauses and sends bits until the filament change. The head positions itself at the edge of the plate. The screen displays a wait message for the filament change. Once the filament is changed, simply validate with the screen button to continue printing where it stopped. Required materials: You need a micro switch (see photo). Longer screws are needed to replace the original ones that hold the extruder. The middle leg of the switch must be connected to the ground (middle) of Z-MKS. The contact leg (depending on the switches) must be connected to D18 of Z-MKS. Configure in configuration.h #define FILAMENT_RUNOUT_SENSOR #if ENABLED(FILAMENT_RUNOUT_SENSOR) #define FIL_RUNOUT_INVERTING false // Set to true to invert the logic of the sensor. #define ENDSTOPPULLUP_FIL_RUNOUT // Uncomment to use internal pullup for filament runout pins if the sensor is defined. #define FILAMENT_RUNOUT_SCRIPT "M600" #endif Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.20
