UPBOX+ 1Kg Roll Adaptor

The original print from 3DWP wouldn't fit in the UPBOX+, as there were no slots to clear the ribs in both top and bottom spool supports. Once grooves were cut, it still refused to lock into place. To resolve this issue, I sat down with verniers and redesigned everything from scratch. The new design includes a more secure locking mechanism, reduced overhang, and an easy-to-remove handle. An indicator arrow is also added to help line up the spool when loading a 1KG spool; when it points directly up or down, the alignment is perfect. For those who want to improve on this version, I've uploaded a Parasolid CAD file. A revised version was added on November 12th, 2019, which strengthens the "bridge" area where the holder clicks into place.
