This is still a work in progress. I'm building a battery cover that will securely hold a lipo 3s 5200 mah battery along with a cooling fan. The fan, measuring 40mm x 40mm x 10mm, operates on 12 volts and connects directly to the balance wires to effectively cool the battery during flight. Updates will be posted as modifications are made. Update: February 5th, 2017 I've just redesigned the part. Instead of using the fan mounting hold, I've added posts that can be secured with a soldering iron to lock the fan firmly in place. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2 Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill Percentage: 35% Notes: I plan on using an acetone vapor bath to smooth out the print and strengthen the clips.
