UP! Modified Extruder Feeder *No Moving Parts* V2

An upgraded UP! Extruder Feeder/Cable Tray design is available, featuring a spring steel guide element that replaces the roller bearing and housing. This modification provides increased flexibility in filament thickness diameter, as well as a simplified design. Additionally, it includes a fitting for an air line supply to cool the extruder gear. A version 2 has been released with fittings for two 50mm fans and adjusted filament outlet and air line positions to minimize mis-feeds. For those who don't want to add a fan, original files are still available. To use an Artline felt pen as a replacement, remove the steel clip from the lid, print out the new design, clear all holes and guides, install the pen clip as shown, and ensure it clears the gear. Adjust the size of the outlet guide hole if necessary. This prototype design has been tested with challenging filament types.
