An improved alternative to the previous 11.9 model provided by UP, this design boasts a sturdier shaft, larger and more robust handle, and overall better fit. It's also the first STL file for a wind barrier that I am aware of. However, be prepared for some intricate cleanup due to tighter clearances compared to the UP3 file version.
