UP Mini extruder wind barrier. Upgraded, similar to ver 11.9

Summary perfectly complements version 11.9 delivered by UP, boasting a significantly improved design, an even more robust shaft, and a larger, stronger handle that provides a better fit overall. This is the first STL of the wind barrier I've come across. It requires some precise cleanup due to the much tighter clearances compared to the original UP3 file version.
