Up mini cooling system

Up mini cooling system

This completely new extruder head design can eliminate the clicking noise during PLA printing and prevent overheating of the feeder motor on long-term ABS prints as well. Two additional inlets are designed to allow secondary filament and bearing cooling with compressed air. The modification is quite effective when working with PLA and it looks awesome too (I also installed a temperature regulator for the printer). This mod has been thoroughly tested using ICE Black PLA and Faberdashery transparent blue PLA filaments without any issues. For optimal results, it's advisable to have a high RPM fan situated adjacent to the cooling chamber. Although long-term PLA prints are still considered high-risk without additional measures, this modification significantly improves the situation compared to unmodified extruders.
