Based on the standard stock filament guide, which ultimately gave out on me due to worn-out components and faulty filament feeding mechanisms, I redesigned an improved version consisting of two parts that ensure the filament is properly aligned before entering the extruder without the need for prior feeding or alignment. This dual-part design provides both a secure hold and ease of use, as it attaches to the case via the lower part while the upper part simply slides over it for smooth integration into the 3D printing process.
