I'm attempting to measure the flatness of my bed using a dial indicator mounted in the extruder mount. Disclaimer: Be careful, this may collide with your printer's frame and handle! Update 29082018 - I've tested it, and it works! My auto nozzle height was off by 1.5mm compared to the extruder, which is slightly more than I wanted to preload the spring; however, if there's an issue, it can be shimmed. Unfortunately, even the modest spring in the indicator is more than the pressure my bed can take without moving, so the results will be skewed. TL;DR - Don't buy an Up Mini.
