UP! extruder modification 1, mounting
thingiverse
The original stamped sheet metal mount on an UP! printer, connecting the Extruder to the linear slide saddle, is replaced with a machined aluminum mount that features alignment elements. This upgrade aims to reduce nozzle bounce during rapid, short movements in the print head. Additionally, less ABS material gets scooped up and burnt due to reduced extruder wobbling.
