A replacement filament post is offered for UP! or Afinia 3D printers, compatible with 700g spools from pp3dp and 1kg spools by Afinia, Octave, and 3DD. This design requires 12 - 5/16" ball bearings in the spool holder for optimal functioning; slingshot ammo (5/16") can be an affordable alternative obtained from local sporting goods stores. The filament used is Octave Natural ABS, available via affiliate link.
