I was not really aware of this being a thing. but I did get some request for Dye half mag adapters. and later did I kinda see the point of the mags. they are small so easy for marker mods. but the idea that you would have to permanently mod and cut up a dye mag for it. didn't sit right with me. that is not something I like at all. what if you want to switch back... so I made these shells so it's easy to use Dye half mags with out doing something permanent to your mags. there are two versions of these half mags the DTM20 and the DTM10 that can actually hold 6 rounds as a half mag. besides that are the also 4 models of the mags. the M1 is more of a square shaped mag, the M2 got a bit of a blocky look as well but with more corners. the M3 is more of a rounded mag , where as the M4 got some added lines like the DTM hags have on the back wile looking like the M3 it will fit like other dye half mags in a normal dye/ PE magwells. but they start to make a lot more sense to use when you want a very compact marker build with his own magwell. so after making this I was I made aware that there are also 3D printable mags of this out there that looks to use more 3d printed parts. this mag does have the potential to fit in pistol pouches depending on how wide they can get with there elastics. what is a nice bonus over TIPX mags as well. so like said before you may want to check out these makers as well for magwells or other mags options it seems that they are more active on facebook (note I have no contact with them at all so I don't know all the details of there work.
