This customized design is based on the thing found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:114247 and was created using Customizer (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=114247). It was printed with PLA on a Replicator using Makerware's default "low" resolution settings; extruder temperature at 205 degrees Celsius, extrusion speed of 100mm/s, and 10% infill. A red Sharpie was used to color the object. However, one of the two inner-most pegs broke but was easily fixed by inserting filament into the cavity behind it. The customization options include a pin radius of 2.45, ring spacing of 2.5, manual length and width of the build plate set at 100, a ring height step of .5, a pin cap gap of .45, font depth of 2.5, center radius of 12, font file named 'Letters.dxf', mesh resolution of 40, an element denoted as "Uuo", build plate type of 1, pin hole radius of 3, ring width of 5, ring height of 6, and pin cap width of 4.
