Here's how to get your body moving right away: 1. Get a good pair of shoes that are comfortable and supportive. You'll be wearing them a lot, so make sure they feel great on your feet. 2. Find some open space outside where you can run around without worrying about bumping into things or getting in the way. A park is perfect for this - just pick one near your house and go! 3. Start with short bursts of exercise, like 5 minutes at a time. This will help your body get used to moving again after being still for so long. 4. Mix it up by doing different types of exercises every few days. Try running one day, then jump rope the next, and so on. 5. Don't push yourself too hard - you're just starting out! Take breaks when you need them and remember that it's okay to slow down if you get tired. 6. Find a workout buddy who will keep you motivated and accountable. Having someone to talk to while you exercise makes the time go by faster! 7. Reward yourself with something fun after each successful workout session. This could be anything from getting ice cream to watching your favorite TV show.
