Unsupported Angle / Overhang Tester, 5 - 90 degrees
thingiverse
The objective of this test print was to assess the maximum overhang angle without requiring support structures. The results indicated that an overhang angle of approximately 70 degrees is achievable. The part features a printing slope ranging from 5 to 90 degrees in increments of 5 degrees. Level 1, with angles between 5 and 45 degrees, should be easily printable by any printer. Level 2, featuring angles between 50 and 90 degrees, may require supervision as there is a risk of filament spraying at the 90-degree stage.
