UnStruder - Filament Pelletizer

It may seem counterintuitive, but sometimes converting filament into pellets is necessary. This approach makes it easy to recycle old filament, create master batches or produce custom materials. Recycling old filament, making master batches or creating custom/experimental materials has become easier with this method. The unused 5mm inserts are intended for heat-set inserts and can potentially include a pellet collector and/or drill mount. The UnStruder uses 3D printed parts from the LulzBot TAZ Single Extruder V2 to feed filament. You can print the parts from the LulzBot Source or convert an unused tool head. A 5/16" drill bit is used to chop the filament into pellets.
