Unlimbited arm - Cuff Pin

Cuff pins for the Unlimbited Alfie Arm Marekx53 Edition. I wanted to print separate cuff pins because they're usually combined with the cuff. I needed extras in case of malfunctions or when new pins were required. After assembling my first Unlimbited arm, I discovered that the original printed pins weren't strong enough for me. *** These pins were used on my first Unlimbited arm print, which I created to fit my own size and needs. The project is still a work in progress. I printed these cuff pins using Simplify3D, rotating the Y axis 90 degrees so that the string hole faces upwards. This design enhancement increased durability and strength. In my previous print, I found that the string cut through the PLA layer due to either poor print quality or inadequate layering (it was printed at .2mm with 35% infill). This cuff pin set is printed with a more refined .1mm layer height and 100% infill. I used the original Alfie arm design, available on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1672381, as the basis for my creation. I'd like to express my gratitude to Team Unlimbited and the E-nable community for their support. For more information about e-NABLE, visit http://www.enablingthefuture.org/.
