The mysterious antler-shaped item, resembling a reel with an angular cut in its center, was carved from a single piece of wide antler using a stone knife. Two holes were drilled into the lower edge at opposite angles, and the object is adorned with intricate carvings on both sides. The ornamentation consists of three matching cuts and one unique mark. This ancient relic is made entirely of antler. Measuring 194 by 28 millimeters in size, it was discovered in Transbaikalia during the Neolithic period at Isinga I site. It is now housed in The museum of Buryat History in Russia's Ulan-Ude under inventory number 10599. For further information, visit http://mobileart.artemiris.org/find/view/40.
