University Project Snap knife

This is basic form of snap knife that I am undergoing for my design project. The snap knife is actualy a shucking knife for opening oysters. The brief for my project is to design a 2 in 1 product that portably carries an oyster knife and oyster opener without the threat of the knife in eying sight when its being carried around. I've put it up so you can tell me if its any good firstly and some points for improvement would be greatly appreciated.
