University of Washington Huskies Logo Placard
thingiverse
I discovered how to use Inkscape and SolidWorks to transform two-dimensional art into three-dimensional printed items, so I decided to have some fun and print out several college logos in their respective colors since I had a bunch of vectorized logos on hand. The University of Washington Huskies logo turned out pretty cool. Initially, I was going to just make it a coaster, but I still plan to do that; instead, I'll probably adjust the outer dimensions to get it closer to a 4-inch by 4-inch square rather than the current 4-inch by 3-inch rectangle. I didn't include the Prusa "change filament" command, so I simply cut the purple filament and fed in the gold filament, allowing it to finish printing.
