University of Michigan Block M Dual Extruder
thingiverse
A unique dual-extrusion display showcases University of Michigan spirit. This fun little project was designed to test dual-extrusion capabilities at work. To achieve optimal results and minimize support usage, print the model upside down. I printed this on an Ultimaker 3 Extended using Maize and Blue PLA filament. The standard quality settings in Cura worked well for me, but you can adjust them according to your preferences. I'm satisfied with how it turned out. There are two files available: one for the base and another for the lettering/M design. If you have a single extruder, you can merge these models into a solid-colored print.
