This is a bike mount featuring a 12-step turntable designed specifically for a 22mm bike steer. The included case accommodates an iPhone 5 with a silicone case. Feel free to repurpose the design for other phones. Alternatively, you can purchase a separate phone case and print only the top turntable without pegs, then glue the case directly onto that component. Print Settings: Printer: Colido Print-Rite DIY Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm layers Infill: 15/100% Notes: The raft and supports are required only on the phone holder. Print the turntable parts at a 15% infill setting, but you may choose any resolution for the rest of the components since they are relatively thin. I printed them with 100% infill. Assembly: First, apply superglue to rubber pads inside the clamp for better grip on the handlebar. Next, attach a small spring (such as a heatsink mount or half ballpoint spring) to a long M3 screw, then pass it through the bottom turntable and top turntable, securing it with a nut that has been glued in place. Tighten the bolt just enough for the grooves to grip but not so tightly that you can't still rotate the assembly. Cut the bolt above the nut before proceeding. Attach the case with or without pegs using superglue as needed. Finally, glue the top bike clamp onto the bottom turntable and secure it around your handlebar with 10MM M3 screws featuring nuts for tightening.
