Compatibility I designed it for F525 but it should work for most models. Please let me know. 1. August - V2 Model M4 mount holes are spaced evenly along the length, so doesn't matter how you fasten it to your MPCNC. (Top and bottom are the same) Removed some rounded edges in one end, which could pose a problem for ABS printing. Created an image showing the dimensions Note: I have not completely built my CNC yet, and thus haven't tested this mount in action yet. All M4 and M5 bolts and nuts fit fine though. Old and New I remixed the F-ToolMount STL file in Tinkercad. The 4x mounting holes have same placement. The 4x mounting holes now accommodate full M5 bolts and heads. The Tool-Mount front faceplate is now level to accommodate most standard tool mounts. Faceplate has rows of mounting holes for M4 bolts. The mounting holes on the faceplate are spaced with 23mm center to center of each other There are cut-outs for standard M4 nuts on the backside for each mounting hole. Why this remix? I found it rather difficult to make adapters for the original Mount-Plate. I wanted one plate strong enough to mount full-sized spindles, but also with versatility to easily attach tiny pens, syringes and anything else. Print Settings Printer: Jenny Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 55 Notes: I just did it at 0.3mm layer height. I guess you can use most layer heights you want. I recommend using 55% or more infill. I took from the original plate. I printed mine in ABS as I ran out of black PLA. Worked great :) Post-Printing Pre-mounting Make sure you can fit M4 nuts into the mounting holes before you fasten the plate :) M4 nuts inserted. Might want to give each a drop of superglue just to be sure they don't shake loose. How I Designed This I simply remixed the original STL file in Tinkercad Imported and remixed the original STL file in Tinkercad. Did the nuts in Autodesk Fusion 360 and imported to Tinkercad
