Universal Tool Holder using Dowel

I designed this as a wall mounting bracket to hold a dowel vertically off the wall at a slight upwards angle. You can hang just about anything off of it but I have two set up to hold my ear protection and rolls of tap. I have it set up on a French Cleat wall but it can be mounted directly to a wall or onto a tool cabinet or table. This is one of many shop tool holders I designed to help organize my garage and free up space! EDIT: I added a few other version based on some feedback to accommodate some metric values! Listed below are the dowel sizes currently available. Make sure to check the dowel you're working with to make sure it is truly the same size. You can always scale up or down slightly to make it a tighter fit.
