Universal Sunglasses Holder

My wife and I were on a mission to find a solution for storing sunglasses near the door we use when leaving our house. The sunglasses had taken over a shelf next to the door, cluttered with keys, change, and other essentials. I scoured Thingiverse for a sunglasses holder that met my needs but couldn't find anything that worked. I printed several different options, but they only accommodated specific styles or brands of sunglasses. Perhaps there's a design out there similar to what I had in mind, but I couldn't find it, so I decided to create my own. After a few failed iterations, I arrived at this minimalist design, which is quick to print and works with all types of sunglasses, safety glasses, and eyeglasses we have in the house. This design was created in inches, so if you notice it's too small on your slicing software, simply multiply the scale by 25.4 to get the correct size.
