Also known as a gooseneck due to its angular shape, many individuals have inadvertently collided with the stem using various body parts. Fortunately, your pelvis should never encounter the stem, and you'll likely want to keep it that way! Fortunately, the Universal Stem Protection is here to assist you in this endeavor by creating a soft cushion between these two components, safeguarding your testicles and surrounding areas. Accidents can still occur despite our best efforts, but if they do happen (and I sincerely hope they won't!), the Universal Stem Protection can mitigate the impact. Just as insurance policies are meant to be used sparingly, hopefully, we'll never need to utilize this protection. To print the Universal Stem Protection using flexible filament, simply follow these instructions: Easily printable with no supports or raft required. Designed specifically for FDM or FFF printers in mind. I recommend using 15% infill and a 0.5mm peripheral wall thickness. Feel free to adjust the density of your Universal Stem Protection according to your preferences - it's up to you! The design is easily scalable to fit any unusual stem dimensions. Remember, the Universal Stem Protection is intended for use in the stem itself, not vice versa. It can be used on any bicycle stem regardless of its make or model. With this project, I aim to spare countless testicles from ramming into bike stems, preserve sperm counts, and contribute to the human population's growth. After all, we need a reason to colonize Mars!
