The spool holder's spindle is specifically designed to accommodate the vast majority of widely used filament spools with shaft holes ranging from 16 mm to 62 mm in diameter. It also seamlessly supports spool-less filament coils. The spindle, which bears the weight of the spool, effortlessly rotates on its own roller wheels. This smooth rotation allows it to turn with minimal effort. The included spool holder features an arm that accommodates both common sizes of filament guide tubes: 1.75 mm and 3.0 mm. The arm also contains a pocket for inserting a piece of sponge which functions as a filament filter, keeping the filament clean and lubricated.
