I have filaments with 8cm inner diagonal drum too. I don't want to print spacers. So I added 10 cm diagonal disks to the end knobs. It looks ugly but it can be used. These parts ar remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4746260 Important! Those are just spacers, because I didn't found suitable bearings, You can ignore them.
