Universal Spool Holder for FlashForge Creator Pro

# Conic Design The concept behind this model was straightforward, but the project quickly evolved into a more challenging modeling endeavor. I decided that nearly any filament spool could be nestled within two opposing angled cones and secured without horizontal movement. Drawing inspiration from DrLex's Adjustable Spool Holder, I created a simple clip design to fit inside the printer, however, I soon realized that the screw was cumbersome to use. The filament spool simply slides down to the lowest point of the cones' angles based on its width, providing a stable hold without requiring manual adjustment after installation. This design supports filament spools ranging from 220g to 2.25kg according to MakeShaper specifications. # Two Versions (Comment for More Screw Support!) At present, this project has two versions available. All versions will download as zipped files; only unzip the version you wish to print. Currently, the options include a completely 3D printable model that includes a printable screw design and a version that is entirely printable except for the screws. The latter version utilizes common Tetrix socket head screws commonly used in FIRST robotics, which can be purchased at tetrixrobotics.com. Note that only two screws are required; if you already have them or don't need them for any other purpose, simply print them. # No Supports As of now and going forward, every version will offer the option to print without supports. Inspired by DrLex's design, I included a thin wall that isn't attached to the overhang for easy breakaway support. If you have an effective support setup in place and prefer to use it, you can choose the model with No Integrated Support. # Heavily Inspired by DrLex I purchased my first 3D printer at the beginning of 2018, a FlashForge Creator Pro, which is a good out-of-the-box machine that needs some modifications to fix its quirks. The first issue I encountered was a better filament spool holder. However, it wasn't satisfactory. I searched for something more flexible and came across DrLex's design, which impressed me with how well it printed without supports. I appreciate the design he used and how it reduced print time by incorporating triangular holes in unnecessary flat parts of the print.
