This is an updated version of my universal spoolholder design tailored for use with 608 bearings and small printers. The model has been divided into several components. Measuring approximately 68mm in length, this spoolholder accommodates spools ranging from Ø170 to Ø210mm in diameter. Two 608 bearings are utilized per side. The wheels provide self-centering functionality, ensuring a stable guide for the spool. Each wheel features a Ø2mm hole designed for mounting the wheel-cover. This spoolholder offers an optimal solution for guiding your spool while preventing filament from jumping over and getting tangled. Print Details: Printed without support, using 4 shells with 30% rectangular infill (wheels feature 100% concentric infill). Assembly Instructions: 1) Attach the connection to base_middle, followed by base_left and base_rigth, using glue. 2) Insert a bearing into its designated location. 3) Place the wheel within the bearing. 4) Secure the cover with a small amount of glue. Optional: 5) I recommend adding one 10x1.5 O-Ring to each wheel to prevent the spool from slipping.
