How I Designed This I just sketched my shape and used the "Sketch Entities" function. I extruded that sketch. Next, I made another sketch on a new plane and offset the previous sketch. Lastly, I extruded it in the opposite direction. Custom Section Project: Universal Shape Cut Out - Triangle Objectives To add fun to baking in a FACS class To help trace exact geometrical figures in math To cut out play dough or clay in exact shapes during an art class Audiences Middle School - High School (FACS) 2nd - 4th Grade (Math) Preschool - 5th Grade (Art) Preparation Make sugar cookie dough beforehand. (Cookie Cutter) Get out a flat, clean sheet of paper. (Tracing Shapes) Lay out your clay / play dough in a flat shape. (Modeling Shapes) Steps Flatten out cookie dough using a rolling pin. Once you have reached the desired thickness, press the cutter into the dough to cut out the desired shape. (Cookie Cutter) Lay your shape flat onto your paper. Use your pencil to make a smooth outline of the entire figure. When done, remove your shape from the paper. (Tracing Shapes) Punch the shape through the modeling material.
