A mount for Topeak pannier racks that allows seatpost-mounted rear lights to be used. Attach with cable ties or 2/3 M4/M5 nuts and bolts. Redesigned from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:993987 with a couple of modifications to fit my use case:Area around holes is flat so bolts screw in flush with surfaceOuter lip of post present only on the side toward the bike, so tall vertical lights (e.g. cygolite hotrod) are not wedged up - see photoPrint with supports and flat of plate facing the platform.
