Universal Saw Blade Handle

Universal Saw Blade Handle

thingiverse

This universal handle works with almost all reciprocating saw blades, most notably those from Diablo. It is made of three pieces—a top, a bottom, and an insert. Each insert is specialized for a different type of hand saw blade. Currently, there are four different inserts, and those cover almost all of the different styles of blades, but if none of them work for your blade and you would like me to make an insert, I would be glad to do it. Special features: - Works with most blades - Maximizes the usable length of the blade while still remaining strong - Includes a finger guard on both the front and rear to stop finger slippage - Includes a 1/2" hole to allow for storage on a hook - Finger indents and general handle size make it a comfortable fit in most hands - Easy to print with only a few additional parts Additional parts: - At least two M3 or M4 screws and hex nuts. (Two screws are required to hold the handle together securely, but another one can be used near the very front to add more support to the blade. This requires an additional hole to be drilled through said blade.)
