I took this great original model that makewithjake and enlarged it to 8 inches wide which is about the maximum size to fit on an MK3S print bed. When I enlarged it most of the slots stayed in the same position so most routers should work with it. I know for sure the Harbor Freight Drill Master 2 HP 1/4 in., 3/8 in. Fixed Base Router model SKU 68341 does. Note: When printing this you whichever side you print down will be perfectly level, whereas the topside will not be. It's almost straight but there is a slight bow. If you print it logo down against the bed you will not need supports, however the side that you need perfectly flat will not be when installed on the router. If you print it logo side up you will have to add supports for the slots. I uploaded gcode of the model that I successfully printed with the necessary custom painted-on supports added. The supports in my gcode popped off very clean with the Hatchbox PLA I used. I HIGHLY suggest you print this on a smooth sheet with a light glue stick layer otherwise you most likely have warping due to the long print time and that it's such a wide model. I printed two of them with a light glue stick layer and both were 100% perfectly flat.Note: I can't recommend the Harbor Freight Drill Master router for this as ultimately the router was off center!Nozzle = 0.40mmProfile = .20mm QualityInfill = 15%Vertical Shells, Perimeters = 3
