Update 1/10/19 - Single Piece Upload: No Extensions Attached. This Design May Suit Large 3D Printers Like The CR-10 or Anet E12. Will Also Create Separate Brand Plates to Minimize Base Holes. If You Have Hole Placement for Missing Brands, Please Share and I'll Incorporate It. I Needed a Router Circle Jig ASAP, But No Shipping for Days. I Started Designing One, but Expanded Compatibility with Other Routers. Note: Some Holes Were Measured with Tape and Protractor; Expect Minor Tweaking. I May Separate Designs by Brand to Reduce Swiss Cheese Effect. More Updates Coming... Design Details: - 0.3" Thick, 6.5" Diameter - OEM Access Points Included for Bosch Adjustment Screw Hole - Pan Head Screws Needed; Countersunk Recommended for Smooth Printing - Attachments Fit Tightly; Glue or Screw Together for Permanent Fix - Use Center Peg or Nail to Anchor the Jig Using the Circle Jig: 1. Remove Existing Base, Install New One. 2. If Using Circle Attachment, Install Before Router Installation. 3. Circle Attachment Offers 1/16" Increments from 3.25" Radius to 8.9375". Calculate Hole Placement or Eyeball It. Example: 1/2" Bit at First Hole Creates 6" Inside Cut and 7" Outside Hole. Cut Slowly; Avoid Thick Boards in One Shot. Up-Cutting Bits Help Maintain Clean Cuts. If This Saved You Time, Consider Donating. Thank You! New Bases and Attachments Coming Soon. Share Missing Brand Holes for Incorporation.
