Here is my holder for rolls/filaments. I noticed that the cheap brands have different widths, heights, and axle diameters. So I built one myself. Some parts are from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:767317. It's designed for 608 ball bearings and an M8 threaded rod. The holder can be attached to a wall or other fixed object. There are adapters for different diameters as well as height extensions and securing the threaded rod.
